I offer professional, 121 counselling sessions, which can be face to face at my practice in Bury St Edmunds or, online, anywhere in the UK.
I offer both short (6 weeks) and long term (open ended) counselling, dependent on what you may benefit from.
Sessions are £55 for a 50 minute appointment, or you can book a block of 4 sessions for £200.
I offer a reduced rate of £40 for individuals on low income - limited sessions available.

I offer online counselling through a secure, encrypted platform, if you would feel more comfortable or if more convenient.
